After you have downloaded the Viewer file (.exe), run it to install the Viewer program on your computer. After the Viewer program is installed, download the Presentation. Then, open the Viewer program, browse to the PowerPoint file (.ppt), and Open it to begin the Presentation.
Note: you can un-install the PowerPoint Viewer software program from your computer at any time.
